Actually, only 2 surprises.

Surprise #1

It was supposed to be a surprise birthday celebration for Dave.

The ‘gang’ (namely, Clarence, Jwo Shyang, Xuehui and June, and me, of course) had planned a ‘surprise’ birthday celebration for Dave.

The plan was to bake a cake for him (it was my last paper, while they finished their papers), and I will meet Dave after the exam (The others had made excuses to ensure they are ‘unavailable’ the whole afternoon. In the end, had to use the excuse of killing time to meet Dave in order to ensure he doesn’t reach there earlier. Also, to have more control in the planning since the ‘victim’ is with me. *lol*). Afterwhich, we will go to the KTV to celebrate the end of our papers.

Everything was going well. Dave and me reaches the KTV at 6.30pm while the rest was there at 6pm.

However, what I did not expect was it was a double celebration! They had planned this celebration with me in mind too! (ha ha! *shy*) I was ‘tricked’ into the entire ‘con game’ too! And Dave knows about some of it too!

Surprise #2

This is a VERY BIG surprise to me indeed.

One of my school mate, Duke, told me this 2 days ago.

Of all compliments I got all my life, this is the first time I was told that I can write pretty well! *ha ha*

Well, I shall strive to write better posts for my blog, Duke! Anyway, I don’t mind more compliments! No one will reject compliments, I supposed?

me_latest.jpgAlthough today is my bird-day, I had an early ‘birthday breakfast celebration’ with the JKL team yesterday morning at the Botanic Gardens.

Ha ha! Having breakfast at Botanic Gardens sia~~ When was the last time I did that? If I did not recalled wrongly, there was 1 time when Uncle Adrian brought us there for breakfast too! Although I forget what was it about… (something about Rotaract if I am not wrong!)

More food! Imagine – 4 sets of Western Breakfast, consisting of hot buttery croissant (I luv the butter smell), multi grain toast (smeared with butter(!) and jam), grilled tomatoes (My only complain is that the serving is too little), grilled bacon (I was watching Will & Grace the night before and Grace was savoring on fried bacon. And I had grilled bacon! It was grilled perfectly where it is not too oily but with the appropriate amount of fats), sausages, hash brown, scrambled eggs, toss salad, fruits, orange juice and tea! It is a huge spread!

This makes some of the upcoming important dates! (Especially the second one.. *hint* *hint*)

Cannot wait for 21 December to come! Would be flying to TPE via Thai Air, then to BKK (again!) on 27 Dec, and finally, back to SIN on the last day of 2006! I guess expected to gain some weight for this trip due to food galore in these 2 countries… Hrm..

Anyway, contact Gary and Hsiao Xin regarding the trip and I guess there would be a lot of catching up with them when I am there! More shopping and eating expected!

Was reading my own blog and almost fell asleep!

I never knew how boring my blog has evolved!! ~~~ Oops

Could it be attributed to laziness, bo-chupness or just simply, no life?

Maybe a combination of all three!

Well, I don’t fly around so much like Kenny Sia, I am not a bimbo that party so much like Wendy (oops, hate mail from Wendy’s supporter expected), I don’t pose nude online like that SPG blogger, so what can I blog about?

I don’t think you netizens out there wanna read the following blog entry right?

What a day I have! I woke up at 10 am and pee for 34.94seconds, after which, I went to have a morning drink (apple cider water, not beer) and had my breakfast. Then I went to watch TV and washed up at noon to go to school.

I had my exam and then went to the library to study. Had dinner and went home…. *yawn* What a day I have.

I almost fell asleep keeping up with the post.

Ok, back to studies. End of my crap mode.

P/S: Ok, I realize that I can blog only when I am crappy.
P/P/S: I am crappy only when I am ‘tense up’.
P/P/P/S: I am ‘tense up’ only when I am busy, like now, during exam times.
P/P/P/P/S: Exams come only twice a year.
P/P/P/P/P/S: I do not wish exams to come so frequent.
P/P/P/P/P/P/S: Ok, that’s enough.

By the time your readers read this, our friend, David, is now on China Airline’s plane towards Guangzhou for his overseas posting. When will he be back? We don’t know when as he doesn’t know it either!

Anyway, a group of us had a farewell dinner yesterday with this ‘tok cock’ buddy at Crystal Jade (what the hell is he thinking? He’s going to have Chinese food everyday from now on!! Ha ha~~) and we had a great great time!

Arrrggghhh!!! I have sinned~~~~ Nothing too serious too, but I went out for supper with Andrew, Jane and Khartini at GluttonSquare at the Esplanade last night.. there goes my dieting regimen..

Well, I am adopting a more stingent dietary for the next few weeks until I can see more results (have to admit that the frequency to gym gets lesser since school begins.. Yah yah, I know this is excuse). Anyway, wish me good luck and hopefully, would see results faster in the next few weeks or so.
