Long Time No Blog

Was reading my own blog and almost fell asleep!

I never knew how boring my blog has evolved!! ~~~ Oops

Could it be attributed to laziness, bo-chupness or just simply, no life?

Maybe a combination of all three!

Well, I don’t fly around so much like Kenny Sia, I am not a bimbo that party so much like Wendy (oops, hate mail from Wendy’s supporter expected), I don’t pose nude online like that SPG blogger, so what can I blog about?

I don’t think you netizens out there wanna read the following blog entry right?
—————————————————————————————————-
What a day I have! I woke up at 10 am and pee for 34.94seconds, after which, I went to have a morning drink (apple cider water, not beer) and had my breakfast. Then I went to watch TV and washed up at noon to go to school.

I had my exam and then went to the library to study. Had dinner and went home…. *yawn* What a day I have.
——————————————————————————————————
I almost fell asleep keeping up with the post.

Ok, back to studies. End of my crap mode.

P/S: Ok, I realize that I can blog only when I am crappy.
P/P/S: I am crappy only when I am ‘tense up’.
P/P/P/S: I am ‘tense up’ only when I am busy, like now, during exam times.
P/P/P/P/S: Exams come only twice a year.
P/P/P/P/P/S: I do not wish exams to come so frequent.
P/P/P/P/P/P/S: Ok, that’s enough.

Jingle Bells….

Yes, it’s the festive season where the happiest people of all are the shops.. upon hearing the *cha ching!* non stop in their cash register..

Guess the shops are going to glee when they sees me in their shops too! Cos I have to buy Xmas present… Well, Xmas has been widely celebrated by many in Singapore, and religion is not the reason. It’s just the year-end fun! Just have fun, listen to carols, party, exchange present, re-inforce the friendship that you may neglected during the year…

Xmas Tree at Raffles City… Seems it looks great only at night.

[CK Tang]One of the best mall decorating last year.. and this year… They really throw in the money to get the money..

Citylink Mall.. Simply, but nice.. well, I guess you cannot do much in an underground shopping mall right? What’s more, it’s Singapore leh! Creativity is as common as seeing dinosaurs walking down the street!

Ah…..Another of my favourite.. Paragon.. me likely! It’s elegant (I think), and it gaves me a wonderful European ‘feeling’ ah… It makes me feel like I am in London… (*I know I am fantasizing, and London’s deco will be 2 to the power of 10 times much better…

Same old same old at Takashimaya.. Guess the first year when they had this ‘GIANT’ Xmas Tree, it was something new. As years goes by, it gets boring…. *Yawnz*

The Underdogs…

Never underestimate the underdogs…

Intially thought that our presentation is too simple and no much content, missed some points that other groups presented and we did not, and we thought that we are doomed.

During the Q&A session, many questions were being asked. Did I mention that the GER asked stupid questions in which I responded in a crude answer, “Thanks, we’ll look into that” (Yes, that’s my respond to shut her stupid mouth up.) We, or at least myself, we are so DEAD. D-E-A-D. I am mentally prepared that we may get the lowest points..

Until the prof says, “Good! I like REAL PROJECTS. Projects that are REAL and useful in the real life. 4.5 (out of 5 points) for your team.” I can sense the stunned response from the whole class. Guess everyone thinks that we are doom. Very doom. But the prof thinks otherwise…
Morale of the story: Never Underestimate the Underdog!!!!

It wasn’t really my shop. But the shop of my favourite ice-cream… Ben&Jerry’s!!
Yes! You can get fresh B&J’s ice-cream now off a parlour, instead of those frozen tubs of ice-cream off the supermarket!! Cheerio to the guy who bought in the franchise into Singapore! (Although I had forgotten your name even thou you were on paper some weeks ago)

However, due to the huge crowd and reaching closing time (that’s explains the shutter coming down), I did not get to savour the marvellous, heavenly ice-cream.. Do they have my favourite ‘New York Chunky Fudge’ (or sometime like that)? Shall go and enjoy it someday… although it’s going to kill my diet!

Anyway, celebrated Dione’s birthday during the week. Actually it was an impromptu one for me. Some of us happened to be in school for our project discussion, and Phelicia and Robin informed us that they are celebrating Dione’s birthday and called the rest of us along. It was fun and did I mention that the cake was simply delicious!!! It was a macadamia cake, and the size of the cake, (quote unquote from what I said on that day), was bigger than Dione’s face!! Anyway, it was delicious with the macadamia nuts, cream and white chocolate. How can I forget that the icing of the cake tasted like the ‘Rabbit’s Candy’ that we love to eat when we were young (actually, still lovin’ it..)? Orh, did I told you that the cake is from ‘Secret Recipe’ and they are having a 50% discount on whole cakes and ’1 for 1′ special for slices? (well, I do not know whether the promotion is over or not)

Well well, it is seldom that I post photos of my school mates, and so… here it is!

Au voir…

By the time your readers read this, our friend, David, is now on China Airline’s plane towards Guangzhou for his overseas posting. When will he be back? We don’t know when as he doesn’t know it either!

Anyway, a group of us had a farewell dinner yesterday with this ‘tok cock’ buddy at Crystal Jade (what the hell is he thinking? He’s going to have Chinese food everyday from now on!! Ha ha~~) and we had a great great time!

Memoirs of StarHub

After a long wait, I received my camera back from the manufacturer (that’s what you do when you thought your camera is thirsty and let it drink some water.. ha ha) and finally, manage to retrieve the photos I took during my stint in StarHub.

Anyway, ladies and gentlemen, presenting, Memoirs of StarHub…

GluttonSutra

Arrrggghhh!!! I have sinned~~~~ Nothing too serious too, but I went out for supper with Andrew, Jane and Khartini at GluttonSquare at the Esplanade last night.. there goes my dieting regimen..

Well, I am adopting a more stingent dietary for the next few weeks until I can see more results (have to admit that the frequency to gym gets lesser since school begins.. Yah yah, I know this is excuse). Anyway, wish me good luck and hopefully, would see results faster in the next few weeks or so.

Meanwhile, enjoy the RADIO BLOG below!

When The Bright Moon Shines…

Legend that during Ancient China, Chang’e took the elixir of life and flew to the moon. And that’s the reason why we eat mooncake nowadays. However, bet she did not expect that when it reaches the 21st century, human beings started to create all different kinds and varieties of mooncake.

My favourite ‘new’ mooncake has to be the~~~~ drum rolls~~~ Ice Cream Mooncake~~ from Swensen’s!! (No opportunity to try Haagan Daaz Ice Cream Mooncake~~ Too expensive!!)

Anyway, there was supposed to be a club event on Sunday, called Bezo 2005, at Downtown East. Will uploaded the sound clips and pictures once edited. Cheers~~

(These photos are taken with my beloved Nokia 6260 phone. Looking for sponsorship/endorsement for a digital camera. Interested parties, you can contact me at me@limyishun.net. Actually, I don’t mind any form of sponsorship or endorsement actually. ;P)

How to Celebrate A Driving Pass

What is the best way to celebrate when someone passes his/her driving test on the first trial? Stuff ourselves silly at Carls Jr!!! Yes, this is what we did when Adrian aka Jerry aka Minimum aka God-Knows-What-Else passes his driving test on Tuesday.

The burger is great, the sauces are great, and the seats are wonderful! Did I mention that they provide free flow of drinks and we drank ourselves silly with Coke Light and Home Made Ice Lemon Tea (Where there is a container of tea, and you add the lemon slices and sugar syrup based on how sour/sweet you want) ?

Cant wait to go back there again.. but ooppss.. need to go back to gym already (which I had not been going for the past 4 weeks)
