Had a sleepless night after that.

Reasons?

1. Heather Ledge
He is one of the villains in recent times that did not install hatred into you when you watch the movie. That is the usual reaction of the audience, where you hate the villain so much that you wish he/she is dead. The portrayal of Joker by Heather Ledge, however, install FEAR. I felt FEAR throughout the movie. FEAR for Batman, FEAR for Gotham City, FEAR for what is going to happen next. Literally, it gave me a sleepless night. I am unable to sleep well after watching the movie.

Kudos to Heather Ledge and the Nolan brothers.

2. Perfection
Ha. There was the Channel U drama recently, ‘Perfect Cut’ discussing the chase of perfection by people nowadays. ‘The Dark Knight’, discussed the philosophy of the ideology of the ‘perfect’ Gotham City with all the criminals wipe out.

What happen when the place is too sanitized? A bigger menace appears? As what the film protray, Joker is the product of Batman’s effort to fight crimes in the city.

What happened when we try to be perfect? Are we suppressing an inner devil, or releasing an inner devil inside us when we tried to be a ‘perfect’ person? What are the opportunity cost of being ‘perfect’? Harvey Dent is a ‘perfect’ District Attonery, wiping out the crime and having a perfect girlfriend. What happened when all are lost? The ‘devil’, his ‘two-face’ personality overcomes his initial nature.

Yes, we are human too. Sometimes, it is not wrong to be imperfect.

So that is the main reason I am excluded. So that could be the reason that the person had flamed someone in the person’s blog. So that could be the reason for some other stuff that happened in the past, now, and the future?

But what I cannot stand is the ‘la la!’ still act friendly attitude. If you freaking don’t like me, don’t talk to me, ignore me. The only thing I hate more than an enemy is a hypocrite.

Enough said. Disappointed.

4 years, 8 months and 26 days (28 April 2003) since my first ‘recorded’ entry (My first entry is far far earlier than this, say 2001, but I had lost the record), this blog, limyishun.net is, and could be going to the end.

Before you guys go into a panic and start asking me what’s wrong or anything bad happened, don’t worry, I am fine.

This decision, is purely a commercial reason.

Frankly speaking, a huge part of me doesn’t want this blog to go. This blog, has been accompanying me over these few years, watched me smile, cry and grow up. Memories recorded and archived at limyishun.net.

I am trying to find a suitable new home for this blog. Afterall, I can’t just ‘delete’ almost 5 years worth of memories, right?

Will keep you guys updated.

I have been going to it’s site regularly to find out whether it’s here or not.
